Mrs. Rachel James: Library Media Specialist

My name is Rachel Fults James. I am proud to be your MHS Library Media Specialist! I have always wanted to spend my time in the library. When I was in kindergarten here at MHS, I asked Mrs. Foster if I could be a library helper. I was so grateful when she retired and I was able to try and fill her shoes!

This is my thirteenth year to be the LMS. Prior to that, I taught reading here for seven years. Before that, I taught credit recovery for three years, splitting my time between GCHS and RHS. I also serve as the yearbook advisor, building level technician, scholastic bowl sponsor, and the curriculum/materials lead for MHS.

I am married to Todd James. We have a daughter, Jordan, and a son, Landon.

My favorite things are reading, all things technology, and crafting.
